Blanca’s Story: Certified Coach Blanca Cisneros has dedicated over 40 years to ministry as a counselor, teacher, mentor, and leader in healing ministries. She has personally transformed by overcoming limiting mindsets, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that once kept her stuck and hindered her potential. With a passion for encouraging and inspiring growth, Blanca has helped hundreds of individuals, families, and youth gain the freedom to live out their purpose and potential.

Blanca is the founder of Free To Be Coaching and resides in California. She was married for 35 years until her husband’s passing in 2020. Together, they raised four children, and she is now a proud grandmother of nine.

Certifications and Experience: As a RARE Leadership Certified Trainer and Coach, she has facilitated RARE community groups locally, nationally, and internationally, guiding others in implementing essential RARE skills. Blanca is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach, leading Mastermind groups and workshops that foster personal growth and leadership development. Her work promotes emotional maturity, strong relational skills, and the cultivation of a positive group identity that creates a sense of belonging. This approach has enabled individuals and organizations to experience enhanced productivity and success, both personally and professionally.
